专利说明:
MODULAR AGRICULTURAL DEVICE FOR GROUND PROCESSING The invention relates to an agricultural implement for soil preparation, consisting essentially of at least two longitudinal beams, at least two cross members and attached to these tillage tools (tines, droves or the like) for conservation tillage. Not affected are devices for turning tillage, that is plows. In the patent US 5,207,279 a generic device is described, the frame consists of side rails and connected to them at nodes cross beams. In the area of these nodes, no tillage tools can be attached because their fasteners would collide with a longitudinal beam or connecting elements of longitudinal and transverse beams. Therefore, these devices have to be manufactured with different frame geometries for different ground properties and different line spacings (these are the distances between similar tools on the respective cross member). Because the line spacing can not be changed in hindsight, there are a variety of different devices that are hardly customizable, but an individual for the particular soil conditions setting of tine spacing, processing depth and tillage tool would be necessary. The patent US 2,617,346 describes another generic device whose frame consists of open - therefore torsionally soft - profiles. The individual tillage tools are probably attachable to different locations of the cross member, but not where the cross member are connected to the side rails. But if they are too far away from these places, the low torsional rigidity has a disadvantageous effect. In addition, the frame is clumsy and the attachment of the individual tillage tools cumbersome. In the construction according to the document GB 2 465 818, the cross members are connected via metal tabs as spacers with the longitudinal members. This is to keep the area where soil tillage tools are not attachable as close as possible. However, this construction is soft and bulky and the attachment of the tools is cumbersome even in this construction. The invention is therefore the object of being able to attach different tillage tools in one and the same support frame in any arrangement and position over the entire device width. The production should be simple and the product benefit as large as possible. This is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1. The design of the longitudinal members as profile bars gives the frame of the device high rigidity, when using closed hollow profiles in particular torsional stiffness with minimal weight. The fact that the cross member are connected only in their upper region with the side rails, and form at least one inclined inwards to the vertical inward over its entire length extending surface, the tillage tools at any point of a cross member - without obstruction by a side member - attached and even moved after loosening the attachment. The inwardly inclined wall from below serves to attach the tillage tools to the cross member without looping around it. As a result, an attachment directly under a side member is possible. In a preferred embodiment, the upper region of the cross member forms an intersection with the longitudinal members, along which the cross members and side members, which cross each other askew, are connected to one another, preferably welded. The weld runs in three dimensions and ends at the beginning. Thus, a rigid and even stiffening connection is made with a single weld, without settling the welding torch. This also simplifies the use of a welding robot. The lower region of the cross member remains so freely accessible at intersections for the attachment of tillage tools. For the attachment of the tillage tools to the cross members by means of the vertical inwardly inclined surfaces different solutions are conceivable. Three particularly advantageous embodiments are subject of the dependent claims 3 to 6. In a first embodiment, the cross member have in its lower region on both sides (in the direction of front and rear) on a horizontal bottom wall extending over its entire length groove whose lower boundary is formed by the inclined inwardly to the vertical wall part; and the tillage tools each have a clamping foot, which engages around the lower region of the cross member on both sides together with a closure piece and engages with projecting strips in the grooves. Thanks to the inclined wall part, the inclined wall parts and the strips provide a clamping connection that is also resistant to wear. The preference, as an angle of 20 to 45 degrees inclined wall parts and the grooves provide optimum registration of the workforce, in particular a torque in the cross member. In a particularly expedient development of the clamping foot is located on the underside of the cross member and the closure piece is screwed to the clamping foot. The fact that the bolts penetrate from the side of the closure piece horizontally into threaded holes in the clamping foot, their head is easily accessible to release the connection, and it can not be lost mother. In a second embodiment of the cross member consists of over its entire length welded together hollow rectangular profile bars: from a first high and in its lower region on both sides in each case a small second profiled bar. The tillage tools each have a clamping foot, which engages around the lower region of the cross member on both sides together with a closure piece and engages with projecting strips on both sides of the against the vertical by 90 degrees inclined wall portions of the second profile. This variant allows the use of commercially standardized and mass-produced cheaper profiles. In a third embodiment, two cross members are provided at a small distance for receiving the tillage tools, each having a groove on the mutually facing sides, wherein clamping foot and locking piece engages with a nose in the groove of the one and the other cross member. The closure piece forms a two-armed lever whose upper arm engages in a groove and whose lower arm can be clamped by means of horizontal bolts to the clamping foot. This construction has the advantage that the cross member are hardly subjected to torsion. In further development and taking advantage of the opportunities opened by the main features of the invention, the device according to the invention has a number of consecutively arranged cross members with identical cross sections and different tillage tools identical clamping feet, so that different tillage tools can be arranged optionally and in different constellations. This is how a modular system is created. In the following the invention will be described and explained with reference to figures. They show: 1 shows the device structure according to the invention in plan view, 2 shows the device structure of Fig.l in side view, 3: detail III in Fig.l on a larger scale, Fig. 4: detail IV in Figure 2 in a first embodiment, 5: As in FIG. 4, in a second embodiment, 6: As in FIG. 4, in a third embodiment, Fig. 7: Detail IV in Fig.2, exploded and with various tillage tools. Fig. 8: A modified example of a fiction, contemporary device structure. In Fig. 1, an attachment for the connection with a tractor, not shown, 1 is designated. Oblique side members 2 and tie rods 6 make the connection to the frame of the device. This consists mainly of a number of longitudinal beams 3 and cross beams 4. On the latter tillage tools 5 are attached. Their arrangement is selectable, so that desired bar spacing A can be adjusted. At the rear ends of the longitudinal members 3, a follower tool 7 is attached. It may be a roller to consolidate the soil and to maintain the working depth. It can be seen on the basis of FIG. 2 that the cross members 4 run at least partially under the longitudinal members 2, 3 and that the soil working tools 5, in this case, for example, rigid prongs, are fastened to the cross members. On the connection of the carrier 3.4 and the attachment of the tools 5 will be discussed below. 3 shows the connection of a longitudinal member 2 with a partially arranged below cross member 4 by means of a closed weld 9, the invisible in plan view part is indicated by a double dashed line. Thanks to this connection and the cross-section of the longitudinal member, the soil working tool 5 can also be fastened directly below the connection of the supports, as shown. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the cross member 4 has a hollow profile designed for the highest possible torsional stiffness. Upper (11) and lateral (12) wall parts 11,12 of the upper region of the profile are here rectangular and welded to the side rail (weld 9). You could also be screwed to it. The side wall portions 11,12 go on both sides in a groove 13 on the top, the essential part of which is from below from the vertical inwardly inclined wall portion 14. The angle of inclination 15 here is about 60 degrees. These wall parts 14 and the bottom wall 16 form the lower region and are essential for the recording and registration of the workers in the cross member 4. For sliding guide and attachment to the cross members 4, the tillage tools 5 have a clamping foot 20 which engages around the lower region of the cross member 4 on both sides together with a closure piece 21 and with projecting Strips 22 engages in the grooves 13. The voltage applied to the lower wall portion 16 sole 23 of the clamping foot 20 and engaging in the grooves 13 strips 22 of the clamping foot 20 and the closure piece 21 form thanks to the inclination of the wall portion 14 a solid form-fitting and wear-independent connection, when the two parts 20,21 by means of threaded bolts 24 are braced against each other. In the embodiment of Fig. 5, the cross member 34 consists of commercially available hollow profiles, in cross section of a rectangular profile 35 with a horizontal narrow side and in the lower region on both sides each have a smaller square profile 36. These are welded over their entire length, welds 37. Klemmfuß 40 and closure piece 41 differ from those of the first embodiment (20,21) only in that the strips 39 are formed so that they fit positively against the here at a right angle to the vertical inclined wall parts 38. In the embodiment of FIG. 6, in each case two transverse beams 50, 51 are arranged at a small distance instead of a transverse beam. Its cross section is a rectangle with in its lower region only one V-shaped groove 53 on the side facing the other cross member. The wall portion 54 is inclined here by about 45 degrees to the vertical. Lasts 62,63 of a clamping foot 60 and a closure piece 61 are inserted for attachment of the tool 5 between the two cross members 50,51 and moved apart for engagement in the grooves 53. For this purpose, the closure piece 61 forms a two-armed lever, the upper arm 64 terminates in the bar 63 and the lower arm 65 is pulled by a horizontal threaded bolt 66 to the clamping foot 60. As a pivot bearing engaging in a trough barrel-shaped bead 67 is used. With reference to FIG. 7, the procedure during the assembly of a soil working tool 5 is better recognizable. With identical design of clamping foot 20 and locking piece 21 different tools can be mounted in any arrangement, such as disc coulters 70, spring tines 71, tines with shares 72 or stoned teeth 73. For the positioning of a tool on a cross member only the clamping connection must only be relaxed , The grooves then act as a sliding guide. An example of a possible device construction thanks to the invention can be seen in FIG. On the foremost cross member 80 disc coulters 70 are mounted with a pitch Al, on cross members 81, 82 are alternately, once at the front, then at the rear, tines 72 arranged so that there is another pitch A2 and thus a lower bending load of the cross member 81, 82 results. Overall, so can be compiled, only by replacing the tillage tools, a variety of tillage equipment. The replacement is simple and the clamping device - in particular the threaded bolt - so accessible that it can be done quickly and without disconnecting the device from the towing vehicle. So the user can adapt the device to the respective soil structure and make adjustments, for example, depending on the soil conditions and tillage method set the appropriate line spacing. But the manufacturer of the device also benefits from the simple and efficient production thanks to the modular design of the device.
